Retired manager with extensive experience in sales-marketing and public relations.
A native of the now-defunct city of Hull, Mr. Gay knows our region well, having been consistently involved in many of the organizations that make the Gatineau community tick.
He has volunteered on the boards of numerous organizations in the Outaouais region, including the CSSS de Gatineau, the Pierre Janet Foundation and the Coopérative Funéraire de l'Outaouais.
