Services and care

Services for relatives

At the Maison Mathieu Froment-Savoie, loved ones are an integral part of our support mission.
During their stay, we offer families support tailored to their abilities and needs. Relatives are encouraged to participate, if they wish, in the care and support of their loved one. Our team is on hand to offer moral, emotional and spiritual support, particularly at the most sensitive times.
After the death, professional bereavement support is offered, notably through self-help groups, run with kindness and discretion.

Useful information for visitors

Visiting hours

  • Visitors are welcome at any time, every day. However, it is important to respect patients’ rest and comfort. In the event of an outbreak or special situation, certain restrictions may apply. Our doors lock automatically at 8 p.m., but a bell system allows you to enter and leave the Maison without restriction.

Common areas at your disposal

  • In addition to the bedrooms, visitors can take advantage of several convivial spaces: rest areas, dining room, lounges, library and outdoor patio. A kitchenette is also available for preparing meals for families and residents alike.
