A word from General Management
At the Mathieu-Froment-Savoie Foundation, our mission is simple: to unite the momentum and generosity of the community to ensure, now and in the future, the continuity of care and services offered by the Maison Mathieu-Froment-Savoie. We are working to develop resources, mobilize partners and raise the profile of the cause so that every donation translates into a concrete and lasting impact for Outaouais families.

Board of Directors
The Foundation’s Board of Directors plays an essential role. Composed of committed and dedicated individuals, it ensures the organization’s good governance by guiding its major decisions and ensuring the sustainability of its mission.
In collaboration with general management, the :
- establishes the Foundation’s priorities and major orientations;
- adopts by-laws and approves budgets;
- monitors projects and resources;
- receives and approves the annual report;
- gives its opinion on key issues for the smooth running of the Foundation.
Guided by the values of respect, dignity and compassion, the Board ensures that every decision is made in the best interests of the people we support.
Governors’ Circle
To recognize the exceptional contribution of individuals who have played a decisive role in the history of the Foundation or the Maison, the Board of Directors has created the Governors’ Circle.
This circle is a purely honorary and consultative body, with no decision-making powers, voting rights or governance responsibilities.
The members of the Governors’ Circle act as ambassadors for the Foundation and guardians of its mission.
The Board of Directors may, at its discretion, consult them on major strategic issues or invite them to recognition events.
