The Mathieu Froment-Savoie Foundation is proud to present its 2025-2026 annual report (in French), which reflects an exceptional year of mobilization, generosity and commitment to our mission. Thanks to the support of our community, more than $1.1 million was raised over the past year, through individual and major gifts, memorial donations, our campaigns and our many fundraising activities.

These results take on their full meaning when we remember that government funding covers only 49% of the Maison’s annual operating costs, and that one million dollars in donations is needed each year to ensure the continuity of its services, which are offered free of charge to patients. Since 1999, approximately 4,600 patients and families have benefited from the support of the Maison Mathieu Froment-Savoie.

This year was also marked by many projects and initiatives, including the complete renovation of the training room and the launch of a brand-new website, as well as by the success of our events and of the activities organized by our community.

Behind these achievements are the donors, partners, volunteers, employees and board members who choose, year after year, to keep this great chain of solidarity alive. Their commitment allows the Foundation to pursue its essential mission: ensuring the Maison’s long-term financial sustainability and helping to provide people at the end of life and their loved ones with support marked by dignity, compassion and humanity.

This annual report is, above all, yours. It tells the story of what we accomplish together when an entire community rallies around a shared mission. Thank you for being with us, all the way.
