A caring space to refocus, exchange and soothe. Our mission: to provide a peaceful, comforting place for people undergoing palliative care and their caregivers. In a warm atmosphere, we offer resourcing activities that encourage exchanges between peers, to break isolation, create bonds, and experience moments marked by gentleness and humanity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Who can benefit from our services?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our services are designed for people who :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • have been diagnosed with an incurable, life-limiting illness;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • no longer receive curative treatments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • benefit from an integrated palliative approach;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • reside in the Outaouais administrative region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    We also provide support for the caregivers of these people, who also need to be listened to and given a break.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

    • Massage therapy: to relieve tension and restore physical well-being.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Yoga therapy and gentle yoga: adapted to individual needs and abilities, to breathe, refocus and move gently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Art therapy and support through art: expressing the unspeakable, transforming emotion through creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Writing service: put words to your experience, leave a trace, tell your story.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
