- Être titulaire d’un diplôme d’étude professionnelle (DEP), en Assistance à la personne en établissement et à domicile (APED)
- En tout temps, intervenir auprès du patient et de sa famille de façon respectueuse dans le but d’assurer le bien-être et le confort.
- Respecter la confidentialité
- Relations interpersonnelles empreintes de respect et d’ouverture
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et en collaboration
- Capacité et ouverture à la critique constructive
- Intérêt marqué en Soins Palliatifs.

Your tasks:
As a member of our team, you will play a key role in the wood processing workflow. You will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, where precision and quality are essential. Your main tasks will include:
- Operating various machines used in wood processing
- Preparing pallets for shipment
- Labeling and carefully packaging products
- Performing other production tasks as needed
Fonctions
- Offrir des soins globaux respectueux des besoins et désirs de la personne en fin de vie et de sa famille.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’infirmière
- Remplir les tâches préétablies pour les aides-soignantes (voir description des tâches)
- Promouvoir une bonne atmosphère de travail d’équipe
